Other Visas and Services
Ausdirect Migration offers a wide range of in-depth migration services. If you have any specific migration needs, please contact us at Ausdirect Migration.
We have hereby listed some other popular visa applications and services that we offer:
If a Permanent Resident leaves Australia after the travel validity expires on the permanent visa, or it expires when being outside Australia, the person will not be able to return to Australia as a permanent resident. This visa allows people in these scenarios to return as a permanent resident. Effectively this can be seen as a renewal of the travel validity of the original Permanent Visa.
If it’s approach to the end of the fifth year since receiving your permanent visa and you are planning to travel out of Australia, please make proper arrangement of the resident return visa application before the intended travel. You can simply contact us at Ausdirect Migration to arrange this for you.
The Protection Visa is for people who are in Australia and want to apply for protection. It lets them to stay in Australia permanently if arrived on a valid visa, engage Australia’s protection obligations and meet all other requirements.
Australia’s Refugee and Humanitarian Program is part of international efforts to protect refugees, respond to global humanitarian need and provide specialist support.
When visas are granted, they can be attached with special immigration conditions. In certain situation, the visa holders may wish to waive the such conditions. For example:
- Condition 8503/8534/8535: No Further Stay
- Condition 8547 – Not Work for 1 Employer for more than 6 Months
- Condition 8101: No Work
If your visa expired and you are in Australia without a valid visa, you could face serious consequences including immigration detention and removal from Australia. You have to regularise your visa status as soon as possible.
Please contact our office if you wish to waive certain visa conditions or regularise your visa status.
Is your visa application refused by Department of Home Affairs for any reason? Or have you received a Notice of Intention to Consider Cancellation (NOICC) or an unfortunate formal Visa Cancellation notice? You may wish to contact our office as soon as possible to discuss about the best action required and your rights in these circumstances.
