WHO WE ARE

A migration practice built around the whole picture.

Ausdirect Migration is a Melbourne-based Australian migration practice led by founder and principal David Wang. We work with individuals, families and businesses, combining migration advice with the practical preparation needed to move a matter forward.

A visa question rarely stands alone. It may sit alongside a job offer, a business need, a family decision or a change in circumstances. We look at the relevant history, immediate requirements and longer-term plans together, so that advice reflects the situation behind the application.

Our approach is personal and evidence-led: understand the circumstances, assess the available options and agree the work needed for the next step.

WHO WE HELP

Support for people, families and businesses.

Our work spans personal migration plans and employer-led pathways. Each starts with its own questions and responsibilities.

01

Individuals

For people exploring skilled migration, sponsored work, study, temporary visas, permanent residence or citizenship. We consider your qualifications, experience, visa history and goals before discussing possible pathways.

Families

For partners, parents and families making plans together. We help you understand the relevant family visa options, relationship evidence and circumstances that need careful assessment.

Employers

For businesses planning an overseas hire, retaining a valued team member or preparing to sponsor. We review the business, position, work location and candidate together, then assist with the relevant sponsorship, nomination and visa requirements.

EMPLOYER EXPERIENCE ACROSS INDUSTRIES

Different industries.
The same attention to detail.

Our employer work reaches across education, construction, engineering and manufacturing, healthcare, automotive repair, and hospitality and food service.

  • Education
  • Construction
  • Engineering & manufacturing
  • Healthcare
  • Automotive repair
  • Hospitality & food service

The industry is the starting point. A useful assessment looks more closely at what the business does, the duties of the position, the location and the proposed worker. We help employers turn that detail into a considered sponsorship plan and the supporting evidence it needs.

A PARTICULAR STRENGTH

Experience with schools and international teachers.

Education is an important part of our employer practice. We assist schools with sponsorship, nominations, teacher visa matters and sponsorship compliance, connecting the school's staffing needs with the teacher's individual circumstances.

This work calls for attention to the employing entity, teaching role, campus and timing, alongside the teacher's migration and registration position. We bring those questions into one planning conversation while recognising that employment, registration and migration decisions remain separate.

OUR APPROACH

Clear thinking. Careful preparation. Practical next steps.

Good advice should help you understand both the opportunity and the work involved. We build the discussion around four practical stages.

  1. Understand your circumstances

Start with your goals, relevant history and timing. For employers, that includes the business, role and candidate; for individuals and families, the personal circumstances behind the enquiry.

  2. Assess the options

Consider the available pathways, requirements and issues that could affect the plan. Explain what needs further evidence or investigation before a recommendation can be made.

  3. Prepare the matter

Agree the scope of assistance and organise the information and supporting documents. Where relevant, coordinate sponsorship, nomination and visa work so the different parts are considered together.

  4. Keep the next step clear

Explain what is needed, raise questions as the matter develops and review relevant changes in circumstances. For sponsors, include attention to the obligations that continue beyond an application.

The work undertaken is agreed for each engagement. Available pathways and outcomes depend on the applicable requirements and individual circumstances.
