The National Innovation visa is a distinct current pathway. Its invitation-based assessment should be considered on its own requirements rather than as a renamed version of the former business and investor programs.
Existing business-visa holders and people with pending applications may still need advice about their obligations, relevant permanent stages or other matters. Closure of a program to new applications does not, by itself, resolve those existing cases.
